A customer in the automotive industry had multiple facilities throughout the Midwest. In many of the facilities they used contract staffing firms. The customer was having issues meeting their staffing demands, as well as launching new locations, and wanted to find a better solution throughout the organization.
The customer had been using Cardinal Staffing at one of their firms for six years. They liked the services Cardinal provided and knew they could depend on Cardinal to meet their staffing needs at the location under contract. Based on this, they asked us if we would be interested in working with them at their other locations.
Cardinal had built a solid partnership with the customer and was familiar with how they operated, their culture, and what they looked for in employees. Cardinal was happy to leverage that knowledge and explore a deeper relationship with the customer. Cardinal sat down with the customer and looked at the locations the customer had, determined which ones we could service, and put together a plan as to how we would start the service. Over the course of a few weeks, Cardinal was introduced to the facilities and was supplying employees. Cardinal is now in seven locations and the facilities are meeting their production goals.
