Vice President of Operations
Jade has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years. He has held positions ranging from sales to operations. Being part of both aspects of the business he brings solutions and value to our prospective customers and candidates.
From the operation perspective Jade continues to focus on productivity and efficiencies by implementing new systems and programs. A few programs that have been put in to place are the On-Site Service Team, Administrative Recruiter Division and Training and Development.
From the sales perspective Jade has led and developed small to large volume accounts. We pride ourselves in continuous long lasting partnerships with our customers and creating productive job opportunities for our candidates.

Rhonda has been in the staffing industry for 30+ years, beginning her career in 1988. She has held many different positions including: Supervisor, Workers’ Compensation Manager, Sales Manager, City Group Manager and Vice President, Sales. In 2003 she joined Cardinal Staffing that allowed her a better balance of family and work.
Her passion for helping people and changing lives through gainful employment has kept her motivated and focused. She found a true fit at Cardinal Staffing. The company culture and business ethics are unsurpassed in the industry. She believes that is what has contributed to Cardinal Staffing’s success and growth. Joan has been in the staffing industry for 40 years, beginning her career in 1979 as a sales representative. She worked her way up in her initial company to become director of operations, started a new division specializing in Temp-to-Perm Positions.
In 1994, Joan decided to start her own staffing company that allowed employees to have a better balance of family and work.
The firm she created, Cardinal Staffing Services, created a family friendly environment, and promoted strong business ethics. Joan's marketing, sales, strategic planning, and training and development techniques are infamous, but the culture that she has developed has been essential to the success of the company. She believes that associates should be recognized and awarded for excellent service to the company. This is the core of the Cardinal Culture that she endorses and supports.
After 25 years she still gets excited to come into work and see people happy to be there. The “Cardinal Culture” truly is her legacy and is what sets Cardinal apart from the competition.
