These are just some of the benefits we extend to eligible employees:
Associates may be eligible for holiday pay if they work 1000 hours during the 52 weeks prior to the holiday. Associates must work the day before and the day after the holiday in order to be eligible for pay. Holidays will be paid at the average number of hours worked (up to eight) during the previous 52 week period.
The following are paid holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Associates who work 2000 hours or more during the previous 52-week period may be eligible for vacation pay. The hours of vacation pay will be an average of the hours worked per week (up to 40) during the previous 52 week period.
Eligible associates can access various insurance programs, based upon particular assignments, which are available after 90 days of employment. Benefits may include:

Associates are paid every Friday. Choose from several options, including direct deposit or convenient pay card options.
We want our associates to succeed. We offer various hands-on and computer-based training programs designed to aid in the professional development of the candidate’s job skills and abilities. Information is available at local Cardinal Staffing Services offices.
Cardinal Staffing Services values the safety of every associate. Team members ensure that all job assignments are performed in safe working environments through various safety audits and inspections. Employees are encouraged to report any unsafe working conditions immediately to their local branch office.
