Next in our Spotlight Series-Sr. Recruiter is Jessica O’Sullivan. She is a true-blue Michigan native! Jessica’s customer service and people skills were perfected while managing a Spa/Salon prior to joining Cardinal Staffing in 2018.
Team Player all the Way
Jessica is a dedicated hard worker and is always available to help out her team. Her warm smile and ability to multi-task is just one of the reasons that Jessica achieves her goals. Jessica takes her time to fully understand each candidate so she can better find that forever-job for each one. Since being transferred to Special Accounts/Projects, Jessica works with volume accounts that have unique staffing requirements, or out of the normal workplace environments. As well as, staffing for client companies that have several locations around the state. Customers know that when Jessica says “let me find that person for you” that she will give them the right person with the right skills and attitude to fit into their company’s culture.

Jessica embodies the Cardinal Culture of caring for each person that she interacts with daily. She takes the time to understand what is important not only to valued clients, but to candidates as well. When asked, Jessica said this about her recruiter role; “Showing empathy and compassion to our employees is very important to me. We are here to help others.”
Home Life
On Jessica’s off-time she enjoys spending time with her two children Zach and Brianna. Jessica loves playing in the back yard with her best friend Charlie, her Pug fur-baby. Donating blood is a lifestyle for Jessica. With less than 2% of the population with her blood type (AB-) Jessica makes sure she visits her blood bank every 3 months. Jessica is the ultimate College football fan and loves to host get-togethers to cheer on her favorite team, Michigan State – GO BLUE!
Did I mention that Jessica is a Newlywed? Yes – that’s right! She just got married last month. A big congrats Jessica on your recent nuptials!
