Next in our Spotlight Series-Recruiter Bedford is Andy Duran. Andy graduated from University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in information systems. He joined the Cardinal staffing family as an on-site recruiter at one of Cardinal’s valued clients before making his home at the Bedford branch office in March 2021.
People Skills
Andy credits his ease with people from his more than 10 years of retail management skills. “I have always been comfortable talking to people and trying my best to make sure that they are happy.” His sense of humor and easy-going personality makes people feel comfortable and at ease.
Cardinal Culture
Andy embodies and embraces the Cardinal culture. He takes the time to really listen to candidates and customers alike and is an integral part to the success of the Bedford Branch office. “I love the trust and empowerment that Cardinal promotes. Time to Relax
Outside of work Andy enjoys reading and relaxing while challenging his wife of 20 years to a good crossword puzzle. But Andy and his 3 boys enjoy completing actual piece-puzzles. They have on to 750–1000-piece puzzles. Let me know Andy when you have completed that “snowstorm” puzzle… 😊
You can find Andy and his kids in line at the local theater whenever the newest Marvel Avenger movie premieres.
