Next in our Spotlight Series-Recruiter I Sterling Heights is Kamari and is a Michigan native. Kamari recently graduated from Oakland University. She joined the Sterling Heights team in October of 2021. Before joining the Cardinal family Kamari worked as a Behavioral Therapist for children ages 1-16 that are on the Autism Spectrum.
The Ultimate Navigator
Kamari brings a lot of energy to the Sterling Heights branch office. Her up upbeat personality and humor keeps the office fun. Kamari is the ultimate navigator when it comes to the Sterling Heights area. Sales Manager, Tiffany, chuckled and said, “She is the ultimate navigator! Kamari will make sure the candidates are close to the work site. Or, able to commute based on where they live in the city.” Kamari is always open to new ideas. She soaks up feedback like a sponge when it comes to learning.
Knowing the Customer
She loves to meet customers face to face and touring their operations. Kamari is always eager to go that extra-mile and to make sure both the customer and candidate are well taken care of. The Sterling Heights branch works with a diverse group of companies. The Sterling Heights branch works automotive world, placing candidates in many different roles. The branch also works with various food companies and is efficient with GMP practices.
Cardinal Culture
Kamari’s says her favorite part of the Cardinal culture is ‘how we are a very welcoming to everyone and that we are a family-oriented business.’ She enjoys being part of the team and is always there to lend a helping hand. Kamari said, “We love to cheer on employees as they are hired. Or when they receive promotions and when they start to grow their career from our placement.” Smiling, Kamari stated, “We pride ourselves on sharing our fundamentals day in and day out with everyone we meet!”
Sweets, Home and Exploring
Kamari has been in a committed relationship with her partner for over a decade. And looks forward to starting a family in the future. She loves her sweets. It’s what fuels her high energy! When she has free time, she likes to explore different parks in the area and read.
