Next in our Spotlight Series-Recruiter Northwood is Tim Clagg. Tim is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. And he still loves attending football and basketball games at his alma mater. He comes to Cardinal Staffing with nine years of public relations and TV broadcasting experience. He’s been part of the Cardinal family for three months.
Celebrity Status
You can see Tim on television locally for The Buckeye Cable Sports Network. And he’s appeared on ESPN3, and MAV TV. As well as the National Junior College Athletic Association, Automobile Racing Club of America and Racing America.

Northwood Branch Office – Home
Tim began his career with Cardinal Staffing in the corporate office. Then he moved to the Northwood Branch. “All of our personalities really work well together. We’re able to have fun and get the tasks completed.” Tim is a great addition to this busy branch office and helps out whether he is needed. ‘There’s never a shortage of laughter in our branch.’
He takes his time to understand just what it takes for that perfect fit for each customer. Tim believes in screening in and not screening out candidates. So he takes his time to fully understand their skills so he can better place them.
Sports, Hobbies and Baby
Tim is a huge sports fan for several professional and college teams. Go Boilermakers! Go Bruins! He enjoys gardening, lawn care and being outside playing with his 3 dogs. You will often find him outside at his grill or smoker/smoking various meats. Tim will have a big September this year. Give a big Congrats to Tim and his wife! They are expecting their first baby in September. #TeamGirlDad!
