Next in our Spotlight Series – Sr. Sales Manager Lansing is Jason Gee. Jason is celebrating his 4-year anniversary this week with Cardinal Staffing. He is a Michigan native with his hometown of Milan. Now, he and his wife live in Brooklyn on Wamplers Lake, in the beautiful Irish Hills of Michigan.
Fundamentals
The Cardinal branch office in Lansing was originally opened in 2014 to better serve one of their key customers. Growing to over 300 workers at just one site of this valued client, Jason and his A-team are the reason this branch office is successful. When Jason was asked why the Lansing branch office continues to be a super star Jason’s answer was simple, “The Cardinal Fundamentals. The fundamentals are why we are so much more than just another staffing company. Our clients are our valued business partners. They know we work hard for them. We give each person we talk to courtesy, dignity and respect. That’s just fundamental.”
Boyhood Dream
There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that Jason loves the water! Jason remembers vacationing with his dad on Wamplers Lake and watching the beautiful sunsets. As a child, Jason told his dad, “one day I am going to live out here.” Today Jason and his wife are living that boyhood dream and have been since 2016!
Boats, Family, Friends
Jason spends most of his time on boats, with family and friends. He and his wife enjoy the lake life and love it when their 3 grown children all get together. Preserving Wamplers Lake is very important to him and he serves on the board of the Wamplers Lake Property Owners Association as well as the Society for the Preservation of Wamplers Lake. Both organizations are dedicated to helping to preserve the beauty and serenity of this lake area.
Celebrity Chef & Giving Back
Jason is super passionate about food and cooking! He was featured twice as the chef on the Fox 2 Sunday Morning Cooking School. Serving on the board of his local Moose Lodge, Jason also helps to raise funds for children and families locally and throughout the country.
