Next in our Spotlight Series – Sales Manager, Maumee is Janelle. Janelle is new to our Cardinal family, joining us just a few months ago. She brings with her sales and customer service skills from a large residential and commercial countertop manufacturing company.
The Choice Was Easy
When Janelle was asked why she chose to work at Cardinal Staffing, she simply replied, “I wanted to work with a company that makes a difference in people’s lives.” And she is doing exactly that! You won’t find her very often at her desk because she is out providing service to our valued clients and working with new ones. She knows that being the best means you work hard; you play hard and keep your commitments.
Motivation
Janelle is dedicated to learning more and growing with Cardinal but what truly motivates her is to set a good example of a strong, accomplished, caring and kindhearted person for her daughter.
Downtime
On down time, Janelle likes to snuggle down on the couch and watch a good crime drama or a psychological thriller. She is excited about the summer because she can cheer her favorite major league baseball team – Go Tigers!
Camping – NOT (😊)
You can also catch her outside playing with her soon 4-year-old daughter and two Australian Shepards. Just don’t expect Janelle to sleep in a tent! “Nope,” she said, ‘that’s not for me.”
Did you say Grunge?
You might not be able guess the love of her music genre, but as she says, “I like all different types of music – but I am a 90’s grunge girl at heart.” Her go-to choice band is Sponge. That’s right, you heard me… Sponges!
