Next in our Spotlight Series – Senior Recruiter–Sandusky is Amy. Amy Miller joined the Cardinal family in 2015 and is a 2021 recipient of the prestigious Cardinal Award. Success seems to be connected to action. Successful people keep moving. And Cardinal has kept Amy moving! Amy has put her special touch on several of our branch offices. She helped to open the Sandusky branch office and it’s where she calls ‘home’.
Training-Training-Training
Amy’s passion is to see her teammates succeed and has helped to train recruiters in several of Cardinal’s offices. When asked just what keeps her motivated, Amy simply replied, “You don’t inspire your teammates by showing them how amazing you are. You inspire them by showing them how amazing they are!”.
Special Accounts/Projects
Amy transferred to Special Accounts/Projects at the beginning of 2022. She now works with volume accounts that have unique staffing requirements, or out of the normal workplace environments. This could be staffing for a ballpark or large stadium event. As well as, staffing for client companies that have several locations around the state.
Passion
Amy’s passion for that ‘perfect fit’ for her candidates shows when she details all job functions and duties. As a result, each person knows just what it requires and what it takes for them to be a ‘star employee’ at their new job. Client companies that Amy works with knows that she will work hard for them on each open job position.
Empty Nester
Since Amy is a recent empty nester you can find her roaming her too quiet home and missing her 3 grown children. Amy loves to travel. But in her off time, you can find Amy camping and spending time with her family and friends.
