Welcome to the next installment in our Spotlight Series – Recruiter Belvidere. Meet Dianne. She is a California native, born and raised in Los Angeles. Dianne has a very active 5-year-old son, Leo. She moved to Illinois in 2013 from California. For instance, Dianne’s first role in the staffing industry was as a receptionist in 2014. Her rich heritage is a blend of Belizean and Mexican. This September, Dianne will be celebrating her 2nd anniversary with Cardinal Staffing.
Dianne’s Personal Touch
Dianne has a great sense of humor and a warm personality. As a result, she makes people feel comfortable, which creates an immediate bond to her. Above all, she gives a warm personal touch to both candidates and clients alike. When asked, the Sales Manager, Dan Zemanek, said about working with Dianne, “I always joke with Dianne that she has a 6th sense, because her intuition is always spot on. I’ve learned never to challenge this because I always lose!”
