David is a rising star

David Smith  has been part of the Cardinal team since 2021.  Since joining the Tallahassee branch he has received Cardinal Staffing’s Freshman Award. David is personally invested in each person that walks through the door. Having been on the other side of the isle during his job search, David understands the compassion, advocacy and respect each candidate and employee deserves.  David enjoys the outdoors and playing with his puppy Cooper.  As well as catching a good movie, reading his Bible and attending church.

Olivia is the first to lend a helping hand

Olivia Cone is a recent addition to the Tallahassee team and is already an invaluable member to the success of this branch office.  She is the definition of a team-player. Always willing to do what it takes to get things done.  In fact, Olivia constantly offers to help and supports her team in any way she can. Olivia’s appetite for success and her hunger for helping others is clear.  Her zeal for success only makes this team stronger. When Olivia isn’t working she joys spending time her family.  As well as delving into Bible studies and devotionals.  Olivia loves the outdoors, the beach and watching a good show or movie.
