Meet Jennifer McHugh. Jennifer is next in our Spotlight Series-Sales Manager Northwood. Being the oldest Jennifer admits that she might be a bit pushy with her 4 siblings. But she admits to doing this with love in her heart and a true desire to help. And that is just only one of her many attributes that make Jennifer a great Sales Manager. Jennifer is celebrating 3 successful years with Cardinal Staffing.
A Recognized Leader
Jennifer began her Cardinal career in the Sandusky branch before making the Northwood branch her home. She received the prestigious Cardinal Award in 2020. And the Northwood branch office received the Cardinal Team award last year in 2021.

Jennifer puts the Cardinal culture to use daily by being thoughtful, kind and courteous to customers, candidates, and teammates alike. Jennifer was asked what makes her so successful, she replied, “My true motivation is to help my clients solve their staffing challenges and to find the best solutions to fit their needs.” Jennifer believes what makes Cardinal Staffing different from other staffing companies is, ‘our core fundamentals and dedication to 5-star customer service. Communication is the key!’

Cardinal Staffing Northwood works with many automotive manufacturers around the Toledo area. As well as other industries such as glass manufacturing and steel fabrication. The Northwood branch also provides logistics personnel. Jennifer proudly said that, “the Northwood branch team provides a full range of candidates from office personnel to customer service and everyone in-between”.
Home Life
Jennifer is a proud mother of 2 daughters and 2 beautiful grandchildren. She loves to try new restaurants, and a good glass of wine. She loves cooking, ‘I love it when I find a new recipe that turns out amazing!’ Jennifer enjoys gardening and spending time with her beautiful family.
