Next in our Spotlight Series is Annora. Annora is a true super-star here at Cardinal Staffing. We first met Annora 2 years ago when she applied for a 2nd shift factory position. Seeing just how special she is we quickly snatched her up. So, we placed her as an on-site recruiter with 2 of our larger customers. She was responsible for managing the day to day staffing for those valued clients.
Promoting from Within
We pride ourselves on promoting from within. So, when an internal Direct Hire Recruiter position opened in our direct-hire division, Annora was the logical choice. Annora takes the time to really listen to the customer’s needs, which, is paramount to finding that perfect candidate. She loves to visit her customer locations. And this allows her to see the their operations in person, and for a better understanding of just what the customer’s recruiting needs are. Visiting also this helps to paint a better picture of what the candidates will be doing, and just how they get it done! As a result, finding that perfect person to fill that open position for her customers is her strength.
Annora loves showing her Cardinal spirit by getting out in the community. For instance, talking about what makes Cardinal a great staffing partner. During her time in the Perrysburg branch office, she worked off-hours shifts, which allowed more direct contact with employees and their supervisors. Annora’s happy and out-going personality shows and she never hesitates to go that extra mile for candidates and customers alike… Just as long as she has her cup of coffee first!
Annora definitely has a green thumb and is an avid gardener. She even helped to manage a small farm for a few years. So, just where can you find Annora when she is not working? She will enjoying the outdoors, camping, visiting the Metro Parks nearby, stargazing, or just catching up on yard work.
