Cardinal Services, Inc offers to the associates holiday pay if they work 1000 hours during the 52 weeks prior to the holiday. Associates must work the day before and the day after the holiday in order to be eligible for pay. Holidays will be paid at the average number of hours worked (up to eight) during the previous 52 week period. The following are paid holidays.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day


Cardinal Services, Inc offers to their associates vacation pay if they worked 2000 hours or more during the previous 52 week period. The hours of vacation pay will be an average of the hours worked per week (up to 40) during the previous 52 week period.


Cardinal Services, Inc offers various insurance programs based upon particular assignments and are available after 90 days of employment. Benefits may include health, dental, vision, and short-term disability.

Payment Options

Cardinal Services, Inc pays their associates every Friday through two convenient methods. Candidates can sign up for either direct deposit or pay card options.

Banking Services

Cardinal Services, Inc associates are eligible to join Great Lakes Federal Credit Union or Key Bank. Benefits include savings, checking and loan services along with other services as provided. Information is available through Cardinal Placement Centers.


Cardinal Services, Inc offers various hands on and computer based training programs designed to aid in the professional development of the candidate’s job skills and abilities.
